Rates and reservations

The price per bungalow is € 95,00 per night, exclusive of electricity, water and 7% tourist tax. Minimum stay of 7 nights. The house is suitable for max. 6 persons. Of course you may also rent the bungalow for a longer period of time. Please contact us for rates for one, two or several months. The meter readings are taken at arrival in the presence of the tenant, are calculated at arrival and paid in cash with the manager.

Reservation and payment
Upon reservation the tenant will receive an invoice per E-Mail for a down payment of 50% of the rent plus € 300,00 deposit. This invoice must be paid within 8 days. The reservation is only definitive upon receipt of the down payment. By payment of the down payment the tenant declares to agree with the rental conditions. In case we don’t receive the down payment in time, the reservation will be cancelled. The rest amount must be paid 6 weeks before start of the rental period at the latest. In case a reservation is made within 6 weeks before arrival date, the complete rent must be paid at once.

Option
It is possible to take an option during a period of 5 days, in order to be able to book a flight. The option must be agreed and laid down in writing separately, in consultation with the administrator. During the option period the villa or apartment will not be rent to other persons.

Flights
Nowadays you can book a flight to Curaçao relatively easily through internet or through a registered travel agent. Below you will find a survey of various airlines which fly to Curaçao.
